STELARAS souvlaki — Restaurant in Serres Municipality

We recently visited the restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The waiter who attended to us was discourteous and displayed a clear lack of willingness to assist. When we asked about the salad options, we were told that only two options were available, allegedly due to a high workload. However, we noticed that other tables were being served a wider selection of salads. Furthermore, at the end of our meal, we requested to take a small order to go but this request was denied, citing a high workload. This was particularly frustrating, as the same items would have been served without issue if ordered at the table. We spent nearly 100 euros, yet the service and attitude did not justify even a fraction of that amount. I have seen other negative reviews about the service, but I understand that nothing changes...

Δεν θα αναφερθώ στο φαγητό και στην ατμόσφαιρα του μαγαζιού αλλά στην εξυπηρέτηση. Καθίσαμε 1 στο μαγαζί για να φάμε. Πρώτη παρέα.Έρχεται ένας νεαρός να πάρει παραγγελία και στον βαρύ ενικό ρωτάει για πείτε μου . Το προσπερναμε. Παραγγέλνουμε και επειδή έχουμε σκοπό να πάρουμε κρασί και αναψυκτικά του λέμε ευγενικά να πάρει το εμφιαλωμένο νερό που χωρίς να μας ρωτήσει έφερε ότι δεν θα το χρειαστουμε. Μας λέει τότε σε έντονο ύφος σχεδόν μαλωνοντας μας κι αν πνιγείτε τι θα γίνει μετά θα τρέχετε αλλού να πάρετε νερό; Του λέω νεαρέ καταρχήν είσαι υποχρεωμένος να μας ρωτήσεις πριν φέρεις εμφιαλωμένο νερό και ψωμί αν θέλουμε. Κι αν τόσο πολύ νοιάζεσαι για την υγεία μας φέρε μας νερό της βρύση. Το βλέμμα του εκείνη την στιγμή ήταν που μας ώθησε να σηκωθούμε να φύγουμε καθώς πλέον μας είχε χαλάσει την διάθεση αλλά και δεν ήθελα πλέον την εξυπηρέτηση του. Κρίμα γιατί τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν έχω συναντήσει όσες φορές έχω πάει από τον μεγαλύτερο κύριο που μας έχει εξυπηρετήσει. Και ξαναλέω πρώτη παρέα. Να δικαιολογήσεις τι; Κούραση λόγω κόσμου; Ήταν η τελευταία φορά που πήγα. Καλή συνέχεια εύχομαι γιατί οι καιροί είναι δύσκολοι και τέτοιες συμπεριφορές σίγουρα...
