We were part of a group of over 30 people who visited during the off-season, spending well over €1,500 in two days. Despite the significant amount of money spent, we were treated with complete disrespect and indifference. The staff were disorganised, slow, and at times outright rude. The manager had the nerve to tell us he wants quiet at his beach bar and doesn’t allow other guests to be disturbed , when we were the only guests there. We even had to put on music ourselves because there was none. Drinks took 30-40 minutes to arrive—when they even had them in stock. More than once, bottles had to be fetched from a supermarket, which is unacceptable at any price point, let alone when being charged three times the normal price. The bar was literally empty, but the staff behaved as if they were overwhelmed and inconvenienced by our presence. To top it off, we were made to feel unwelcome simply for enjoying ourselves in a completely empty venue. There were no noise complaints, no incidents and we left everything untouched. The food may be decent, but it’s nowhere near enough to accept such a behaviour. Save your time and money. There are far better places to go in the area where you’ll actually be treated like a guest instead...

We discovered this place looking for a nice beach, and we came back 3 days in a row! You can use 2 sunbeds & umbrela (bonus a chair) for a minimum 20eur consumption. All is confortable, the toilet is clean, it's perfect for families, couples but also bigger groups. The terrace is nice, but drinks and food can also be served on the beach. The service is great, they are fast and polite, and the food is excellent, for prices similar with the rest of the island. You can also pay by card. We were welcomed by Rafaela, who is one of the best salespeople I ever met - friendly, respectful and on point, clearly passionate about her job to spend the whole day in the heat and keep the smile on her face - I would hire her in my sales team at any time! We went there only because it was close to our hotel, but the experience was awful. The manager was outright rude and insulted us, accusing our group of 30 young people of being too loud and badly behaved, which was completely untrue. We ordered three bottles, but they didn’t even have them in stock and had to run to the supermarket to buy them, charging us way overpriced for it. The place was empty, yet it took forever to get our drinks. The guy claimed he hates loud groups, but we were just having fun and didn’t do anything inappropriate.
