Haus Sofi — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

Our stay at Haus Sofi was extremely disappointing, with only a couple of redeeming qualities. The owner was polite, and the private yard with car parking inside was convenient. It was close to a supermarket and the beach. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The property’s pictures must have been taken years ago, as the current state is far from luxurious. The facilities are visibly falling apart. Hygiene was mediocre at best, with a dirty bathroom and balcony. The towels felt like tree bark, and the kitchen lacked even basic necessities like dish soap and a sponge, let alone a kettle or other accessories. We faced numerous issues during our 3 days stay: The toilet bowl leaked The large shower head didn't work Bathroom hangers wobbled The entry door was difficult to close and lock Water pressure was inconsistent, making showers a challenge The air conditioner malfunctioned upon arrival, requiring us to fix it ourselves before the owner could properly address it the next day Despite a 3-day stay, the cleaning staff only visited once for a quick floor sweep and trash collection. Additionally, we were without electricity for 2 out of the 3 days, though one outage was a central issue not related to the property. The BBQ facility was tied up with a rope and i am not sure if it was available for the guests. Overall, our experience was far from the shiny, luxurious impression given by the photos and it ruined our vacation. We would strongly not recommend Haus Sofi to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation.

In reply to owners statement and accusations: I am attaching couple of more screenshots related to check in time and AC sensor damage, where everyone can see that she is not telling the full truth! AC Sensor was already broken before we checked in The accommodation was aware and didn't mind that i will be late for check-in. And hopefully i did late, so i had to spend less time in this awful property. In the cupboard there was only a cezve, a bit pot, couple of dishes and glasses and some cutlery. There was no sigh on the BBQ facilities that its forbidden to be used

Dear Mrs. Sofi, when I choose to go on vacation, I clearly do so and can easily afford it. I have traveled extensively and stayed at numerous high-rated hotels, as well as those with more modest ratings. Regrettably, your establishment is one of the worst I have ever experienced, and it does not match the ratings at all. Sam kompleks se nalazi pored glavnog puta, malo ispod njegovog nivoa. Ako vam je apartman okrenut ka putu nećete moći da odmorite sa otvorenim prozorima jer konstantno prolaze vozila i jako se čuju.

Recepcija radi od 9:30 do 13:30, kada se dogovorite sa gazdaricom.

Pritisak vode u tušu je loš, što nije slučaj za slavine u kupatilu i kuhinji, kao ni creva napolju. Nije mi jasno kako su to uspeli? Voda nekada varira između hladne i vruće.

U apartmanu nema činija, oštrih noževa, sredstva za pranje suđa, sunđera.. Od escajga i posuđa samo osnovno, ostalo smo morali sami da nabavimo da bismo normalno funkcionisali.

TV "marke" Turbox imo je 3 analogna kanala (Češki ČT24, rumunski TVR i AlJazira balkan) dok mu nisam uradio Auto Tuning. Sada ima još neki, ali i dalje većina ne radi. Bolje bi bilo da je Smart TV pa da ljudi puštaju šta žele. Danas Smart TV nije toliko skup...

Glavno svetlo je bilo bolničko belo, što je malo neprijatno.

U kupatilu držač za peškire samo što ne ispadne i nedovoljan je za dve osobe. Potrebno je dodati neku zakačalju ili kuku na vrata ili zid. Takođje, u tuš kadi nedostaje nešto za odlaganje šampona.

Svakodnevno se čisti pod a posteljine i peškiri se menjaju utorkom. To bi trebalo biti malo češće.

Parkinga ima dovoljno, i poneki su u hladu.

WiFi je dobar za ovaj deo grčke, signal je stabilan jer koriste pristojan ruter (EG105G-P-V3). Brzine koje sam dobio testiranjem su oko 50/5 Mbps.

Obližnja plaža je šljunkovita sa preskupim beach barom. Bolje je sve u Pefkariju na nekoliko minuta hoda više ako ne planirate da istražujete Thasos.

Odmah preko ulice je i velika prodavnica na dva sprata sa svime i svačime. Cene tamo...

Po 9 rokoch som sa sem vrátila a na základe od cestovky, ktorá tvrdila, že je tu všetko zrekonštruované som čakala niečo úplne iné. Za tieto akože zrekonštruované izby si musíte priplatiť 30€ na osobu. Jeden by cakal, že za tuto cenu tu bude viacej ako špinavý riad jedna panvica, ktorú Vám upratovačky aj tak zoberú a za klimatizáciu si musíte priplatiť 5€ na deň. Vzhľadom na to, že sme boli ubytovaní úplne hore teplo v izbe bolo pekelné. Izba od cesty je čisté zlo. Celu noc trúbia autá a podobne. Susedia našli v skrini mohutnú larvu niečoho, nám si v spomínanej klimatizácii a na lište na závas si robili hniezdo osy. Je potrebné si zaobstarať niečo proti komárom a hmyzu lebo ho budete mat nespočetne. Chvályhodné je to, že upratovačky vymieňajú každý piaty deň bielizeň a uteráky, ale o toaletný papier si musíte doslova prosiť. Každý deň berú smeti a tvária sa, že upratujú, ale keď odídu zanechajú viac špiny ako bolo. Izbu dostanete až okolo jednej poobede pretože upratovačky upratujú aj keď naozaj nerozumiem, čo tak dlho upratujú lebo sme prišli do nie dvakrát čistej izby. Výlevke v umývadlách smrdia takze si ich treba stále zapchávat. Teplej vody sa Vám dostane možno o 5 poobede a skoro ráno inak sa môžete sprchovat v studenej vode. Ale musí sa nechať, že je tu pekne prostredie a aspoň ako taký kľud. Služby delegátky boli otrasné, v komunikácii úplne zlyhávala a nedokázala nič vybaviť, vo všetkom mala zmätok, požiadavky ľudí ani nevidela a tak...
