Walking into the beautiful bar, i was greeted by a stunning waitress, who immediatly introduced us to the owner Nick and his wife. We were seated at tge requeated bar asap and then it started. The barman, Panagiotis, was a total pro. He made the best cosmopolitan for my sister and powerful zombies for my cousins. They were spot on! As we drank. one after another, the owner kept bringing us the tastiest snacks, including prosciutto and salmon based treats. His attention to our wants and needs were impeccable. I am so impressed by the vibrant surroundings, the rhythmic music, and the hospitality, that i went back the following 2 nights in my short stay in this town. Honestly, the experience was very disappointing. We had just been served our food and drinks when staff suddenly asked us to move tables. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but then we realized it was simply because another guest wanted our spot. Instead of standing by their word or respecting the fact that we were already eating, they prioritized someone else right in front of us. As tourists, it left a really bad impression it felt like we weren’t valued at all. No one should be asked to get up in the middle of their meal just so another person can sit down. I ordered a Mojito but there was everything in it apart from alcohol. When I ordered a second one, I highlighted the fact that the first cocktail didn't have any alcohol in it however, the waitress was rude and she blamed me for not informing them immediately instead of having couple of sips. Everyday, I'm getting surprised with the poor level of customer service in this country.
