Disappointing Brunch Experience – Avoid if You Value Accuracy or Service

I rarely write negative reviews, but this brunch spot earned it. From start to finish, our visit was a mess. The menu was barely translated, leading us to believe we were ordering poached eggs – we got fried eggs instead. When we flagged the issue, the staff casually shrugged it off with “oh, the translation is wrong,” offering no apology, explanation, or solution.

I ordered a freddo cappuccino and was served a freddo espresso instead – and somehow the bill still reflected the cappuccino price. That sums up the carelessness here.

The timing of food was just as sloppy. One person at our table got her meal a full five minutes before the rest of us – her eggs were lukewarm by the time we had anything. The “crispy bacon” was limp, the pancakes were dry and overly doused in sugary toppings to cover it up.

While the drinks were mostly okay, the filter coffee looked and tasted like dirty water. We were brought glasses filled with ice but no water – by the time we asked, the ice had melted and diluted everything.

Service was inattentive and indifferent, and with only a few tables occupied on a quiet Monday morning, there’s really no excuse for such...

This place has been a place for me to work & enjoy the sea view at the same time.
