Value for Money: The prices were very reasonable, making it an enjoyable dining experience without breaking the bank. Pizza Perfection: We followed a local's recommendation and ordered a variety of pizzas, and each one was delicious. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. A Caesar Twist: The Caesar salad was tasty, with a unique addition – corn! While this was a first for me, it surprisingly complemented the dish. Service with a Smile: Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our needs were always met. Location, Location, Location: Don Quijote boasts a beautiful view of the sea, adding to the ambiance of your dining experience. Plus, its proximity to the waterfront action makes it a great spot for people-watching. A Must-Do for Pizza Lovers: We'll definitely be returning to Don Quijote! The only disappointment was that their signature Gyro pizza wasn't available yet (as of May 2024) – apparently, it's a summertime offering. That just gives us another reason to come back and experience the full Don Quijote menu!

I recently dined at Don Quijote in Asprovalta, and it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance is warm and welcoming, perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends. The menu offers a fantastic selection of pizzas and pastas, each crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

I ordered the Fusilli with salmon, spinach and a delicious cream, it was very pleasant for my palate. I also ordered a pizza speciale. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.

Caesar is everything but not Caesar. Dressing is olive oil, and when I say olive they put too much. If u dont know an authentic Caesar salad is a green salad of crisp romaine lettuce and croutons, dressed with lemon juice, egg yolk, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. That was first night... Pizza was good, nothing special but good. Second night, we sat with little child, they need 20 minutes to put empty plates on our table... when we asked when we can say our order they ignore us for another 20 minutes......
