To Perasma — Restaurant in Xanthi Municipality

A highly recommend tavern in Xanthi city. Above everything else I would like to point out the kindness of the people working there and the speed of service. Less than 1 min since arrival we had drinks and order. Food was served also very fast despite the fact the it was more than half full. Great food with real big portions, more local in style than restaurant. We asked for some modification in the orders which they did. Fresh local ingredients and materials. Tasty salads and side dishes but very good grill. Lamp chomps were absolutely amazing. The location is next to a park,.even during a day with 35°C we sat out without AC and it was ok in the shadow. Parking always available in a distance of 0-2 min walking. They offer seafood as well and lovely Vergina beer. Κάναμε κράτηση και μας είπαν έχουμε πάνω οκ λέμε δεν καταλάβαμε τότε τι εννοούσαν , σίγουρα θα έχει κλιματιστικό λεμε αφου δεν μας ενημερωσαν κατι αλλο αμ δε ούτε κλιματιστικό ούτε καν ανεμιστήρα ούτε τα ποντίκια δεν καθόταν με τέτοια ζέστη, ένας που απείλησε να φύγει ενώ είχε δώσει παραγγελία τον πήγαν κάτω γιατι ακουσα το γκαρσονι να του λεει και τι να τα κανω τοσα φαγητα. Ούτε έναν ανεμιστήρα δεν είχαν με 20 ευρώ να πάρουν. Πάμε στο φαγητό, αν εξαιρέσεις ότι τα ψητά μανιτάρια τα έψησε εκεί που προηγουμένως είχε ψήσει την τσιπούρα που κάποιος πριν από μας είχε παραγγείλει, φωνάζω το γκαρσόνι και τον προκαλώ να δοκιμάσει το ψαριλα ψητο μανιτάρι δεν δοκίμασε αλλά το πήρε και μας έφερε ένα άλλο που δεν μύριζε ψαριλα. Το μπιφτέκι άνοστο και λίγο άψητο δύσκολα να βρεις χειρότερο σε μαγαζί, συνήθως το μπιφτέκι είναι από τις πιο safe επιλογές αυτό δεν τρωγόταν.
