Coming from a country where pork recipes are deeply rooted in our culinary traditions, I wasn’t expecting to be impressed — but I was proven completely wrong. The meat was grilled to perfection: soft, tender, juicy, and yet fully cooked. The portions were so generous we couldn’t finish them and happily took some to go.

Over multiple visits, that feeling has only grown stronger. Each time we’re welcomed with genuine smiles and enthusiasm from the owner, his father, and the entire team. Our server Christov added another layer to the experience — with thoughtful recommendations that sometimes surpassed our own choices, enriching the whole dining journey.

The taverna is always bustling, and for good reason, but we’ve always managed to find a table for two even without a reservation. That, paired with the warmth of the staff, left me truly feeling special every time we dined here.
