To clarify my 3/5 score; the food was AMAZING both in quality and quantity. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the vibe was nice and relaxed. HOWEVER, after we got our order in I was then informed they didn't have my first choice (cod fish sandwich). I chose something else from the menu (BBQ pork ribs), and a few minutes later I was informed that it too was not available, luckily they had my third choice (a burger) it took aaaaaages to deliver the starters to the table. Then after that it was a long time before the mains were delivered, and not all at the same time. There was easily a 20 minute wait while we waited for the final dish, by which time the rest of our food was no longer hot. We dined at a Street Diner Cafe in Zakynthos and enjoyed an exceptional meal featuring rib eye steak and grilled salmon. The dishes were masterfully prepared, showcasing high-quality ingredients and expert culinary skill. The rib eye was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the grilled salmon was exquisitely flaky with a delightful balance of seasoning. We ate here two times during our stay. The first night I had ribs and they were as tender as it gets. I heard they prepare Lamb knuckle only sometimes and not too many at the time. So I reserved one. Tonight was the night when I had the juiciest and the most tender lamb ever accompanied by super creamy celeriac puree. The flavors worked really great together and the whole dish was mouthwateringly delicious. Our waiter and waitress Dennis and Kandi were most polite. Dennis even fixed a taxi for tomorrow morning to pick us up from our hotel to the airport. Last night in a great restaurant really crowned our Zante experience. Thank you for a great dinner.
