This place is the coolest spot in El Paredón, absolutely not to be missed out! The cocktails, either with or without alcohol, are mixed with ingredients you won't find anywhere else, and they quite literally look as if coming from another galaxy. I am vegetarian, so had the veggie burger, which was absolutely delicious, filling but light, perfectly paired with seasoned chips. And please try the peppercorn sauce, oh my gosh! The Spaceship has landed! Theo's team are super welcoming at the bar, and the pool is lush. Ben's Twin Suns Gazpacho is a deliciously refreshing starter which I'd joyfully eat every day. Try the Ceviche too! It's out of this world. Both tingle your tastebuds and are exactly what you need on a hot day. Can’t recommend this place enough, such a unique and memorable experience! It’s so thoughtfully put together, from the design of the spaceship itself to the food and cocktails, everything follows the theme in such a creative way. You can tell how much heart has gone into building this place.
