Excellent chinese food prepared for the Guatemalan palate. Dishes are familiar, but different than standard Chinese fare in the USA. Consider trying the arroz frito con longaniza china. I've heard it talked about for years and it was quite good here. The sausage is a little like Polska kielbasa but a touch sweeter and spicier. It's sliced thinly and each medallion seared a la plancha. Lots of nice surface area bites that are just slightly carmelized. There is a nice spicy sauce included that is a little smoky.
