I have eaten here before and quite enjoy the food and the ambiance. That was 1 1/2 year ago.This time I notice that it has gotten a little pricey. My party decided not to eat here because each employee claimed they did not speak English and it was difficult trying to ask questions.
What a shame, because the location of this restaurant is ideal right on the waterways where the Cruise Ships docks in Coxen Hole near Gravel Bay. So, it concerns me as to why all or some of the employees are not bilingual. My party left and choose another place that was more accommodating.

Location is typical of any cruise port beqchside restruant but it is the closest place to the Roataan port. Walking distance. Not many tables in the shade. Soap in the bathrooms woukd be nice but was not there during our visit.
Price is high as expected but not out of line for anything else in the caribbean. Proprietor says he was raised in NYC and grows the herbs and spices in his garden but no way to verify. Certainly not something you will find at home.
Overall, easy to get to. Good drinks. Reasonable price for the location. Food was good but not great. Could be better but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe really liked it here. Great view and really really good food (we tried the lobster tail, coconut shrimp, ceviche). The drinks were good but a bit too sweet for us. Also our friend told us that the restroom wasnāt the best.
You can walk here from the port. It is only 5 minutes.
PS. Many those guys at the port gate are gonna try to divert you somewhere else, but stay on the track. We didnāt regret ignoring all those offers you get...
