I visited Cut&Barrel – Salumeria / Vineria during Fall Restaurant Week 2025, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of fancy and relaxed, making it ideal for both foodies and casual diners. The Restaurant Week menu was excellent, with every dish showing creativity and balance. My absolute favorite was the Muge, perfectly cooked steak—rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. For dessert, the Chajá, a traditional Uruguayan cake, was a beautiful surprise: light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. What a lovely evening we spent with my family at Cut and Barrell. From stepping in to leave we were sorrounded by professional, kind and attentive. All the food was, its origin and ingredients wre explained in a friendly atmosphere.

The food was exquisite, I hardly come across with such smart food solutions like veggie sorbet or perfectly tendered Argentinian steak.

It was surprising to the amount of effort they put into preparing meat and wine all from raw material till proscuitto or pro secco.
