Very upscale breakfast place with pricey items. The staff needs more training and since it is a new place a managaer's presence would alleviate many issues ....our order was totally messed up and the waiting time was unacceptable. The staff tried their best to accommodate us, BUT the malfunctioning equipments and the lack of supplies added to our frustration, including the staff, made our experience quite unpleasant. Also, the place is visited by tourists and it could be an absolute tourist trap in a positive sense, yet the menu items are listed in Hungarian only, which can pose (as it did) with getting the correct order for the customers. Your place could rock if the above mentioned issues get resolved. The ambiance is very inviting and friendly. Our breakfast got compensated by the permission of the manager over the phone. Sadly, the kind hearted staff member was not trained on voiding unserved items. We did not plan to have a free breakfast, but due to the complete insufficiency of service it was the right...

Avoid ordering at the self service touch screen. There are multiple items on the self ordering screen and they are not identical even though the picture and the lables are. I ordered a sugar free one and got one full of sugar since both said vegan latte even though one was just normal and had sugar. I explained the problem and they understood and gave me my sugar free coffee. Even though they know the problem exists no action is taken to change it. Also the sugar free coffe had a bug in it. I ordered the cotton candy shake, and i asked the barista if she can make it dairy free (cuz im severely allergic to milk) and she said that she cant cuz its a milkshake, but she can change the milk to lactose free milk. I asked if she can change it into coconut milk she said yes, then put regular milk and regular whipped cream into my shake.
