I ordered my food in advance on the phone, the guy on the other end told me, that I am good to get there and can pick it up immediately.

I was there in 15 minutes.

What happened afterwards? I waited 30 minutes to pay for and pick up my order, that was already ready on the cupboard when I arrived. The cashiers/waiters ignored my presence for roughly 10 minutes preparing the food of others, receiving orders from the newcomers.

I recently visited Csakhal Bisztró in Debrecen and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was tasty, with well-prepared dishes and a good selection on the menu, offering something for most preferences. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the service was smooth.

Loved the food, the service, the atmosphere. If you love fish, this small bistro is a must. They speak a bit of english, so we could order fish and chips. It would help if they had a printed menu, with pictures of the servings (if not translated in english). We found a menu with google, searching in an application for food delivery.
