Pizza Palazzo — Restaurant in Gödöllő Regional Unit

I have been living in Budapest for longer than 5 years, visited many restaurants and I know well what to expect from excellent to poor service, therefore here my review. The waiters were helpful and friendly, they even suggested a dish of Hungarian beef stew which we accepted, together with a another dish. After a few minutes I ordered some ketchup for my fries and I got a tiny plate with little ketchup in it. When I received the bill, I noticed that they charged 650HUF for an extra garnish that we didnt order and which was in the plate on the Beef stew, the Hungarian dumplings which always come together with the dish, but this time they charged it. Also they charged 300HUF for the little bit of ketchup. The problem is that the waiters did not communicate about this additional costs, making the visit unpleasant and makes them look like scammers. One of those restaurants that don't have accessible wheelchair entrance even if they say they have. They actually don't have accessible anything. Waiter doesn't know anything about reviews so you'll waste your time on reading Google reviews about this restaurant because they didn't update anything. I'm giving one star ( wish I could give zero) to anyone that put wheelchair accessible everything to about section. Because people don't understand how frustrating is to find a parking place find a wheelchair accessible restaurant went to it and realize it's not what it says. Good place to have lunch or dinner, the waitresses are really nice, and thenfood is tasty. There isn't a huge selection of foods, but what you get is high quality, for a good price. Unfortunately you have to pay for the parking space, but that's hardly their fault. Also the suburban railway drops you right off at the entrance so that's pretty great.
