We were in this wonderful restaurant on January 4, 2023, and I can freely say, that he additionally embellished the wonderful impressions from Gyor. When we entered, there were still seats, but after our arrival, everything quickly filled up, the atmosphere is wonderful, relaxed, pleasant, and yet so cultural. The waiter was wonderful, helpful, and the service is at a very high level. And the food is a fairy tale! Everything is so deliciously prepared, aesthetically pleasing, and of high quality. We will definitely come again, and I recommend it!

I came here for dinner and the ice cream. Firstly, there were flies at the window seat so we changed the seat. I would recommend to choose outdoor seats surrounding with the lovely historic buildings. Waiters were nice; however food was plain. I ordered 100g goose liver and the beef with cabbage. Goose liver was overlooked and my medium beef was too tough as well. The most disappointed is the ice cream. I hold the highest expectations on the wild fruits ice cream but it's too soft and sweet.

A Canadian Tourist Review: Huge vegetarian pizza with very fresh toppings. I was expecting a much smaller pizza given the price. It was 3000 Hungarian Fonti. The beer was 1000 Fonti but one beer here is equivalent to two beers in Canada. Overall this massive beer and huge pizza is equivalent to under 15 CAD. Huge bargain given this is the only restaurant in the plaza which is a prime tourist location. Fantastic service. Servers speak fluent English. Highly highly recommend!

We didn't have a reservation so at first there were some issues with getting us seated and since there were no tables left, they took us next door to "The Ivory Room" Restaurant, which looked way better then the main building in my opinion. I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered a salad expecting that it would be a smaller potion, but boy... that salad was HUGE. - think it cost around 4k Ft. So, the prices were reasonable and everyone enjoyed their food. 🤠

Palffy restaurant has a good space inside and also some tables outside. They have really good options on their menu and everything we ordered was really tasty, so we had a pleasant lunch there. The staffs don’t speak to much English, but it wasn’t a problem for us, since the staffs did they best to understand us and deliver a nice service. So, if I visit the city again I would be happy to be back in this restaurant. Ps: they are pet friendly.

Food was tasty, a little pricier than expected but not too bad. Service was mostly good but rather rushed, as soon as my partner had put his fork down they swooped in to take away his plate (he hadn't finished and the place wasn't at all busy so we didn't understand the need!) We felt a little uncomfortable and observed until we finished the plates, I think perhaps the staff were bored on a slow day..
