Worst experience, rude behaviour, avoid

We came to this restaurant for late lunch, we were family of four. Waiter refused to serve us and saying there in no table free. However there were some tables empty and during our discusion with waiter visitors in other 2 tables finished eating and were leaving restaurant. When we said that there are free tables , waiter said that all is reserved. Then we said there is not any reserved sign on the tables, but waiter still insisted all is booked. Then we asked if we can wait, he said no as this can take hours to get the table. Btw There were no other guests waiting for table. Then we asked if we can book table for later afternoon or evening and he again said no fully booked (without any effort to check). Then we asked if we can sit by bar if this is free, waiter said yes this is free but we cannot eat there. It was so rude from the waiter with totally stupid unlogical answers. Im travelling a lot but such as waiter ´s rude behaviour I didnt see anywhere so far until visiting Papa Joes saloon in Sopron. On my opinion, waiter didnt want to serve us either because we had small children or he just didnt want to have more work or because we were slovaks and not austrian. We then went to other restaurant across the street (Puskas) and we had really good food and time and staff was very nice...

I am so sorry to give this feedback, but it was a horrible experience. We asked for a medium rare steak we got a well-done, we sent it back and we got an almost well-done for the second time as well. It is a steak house (based on the name of the restaurant) so we were very suprised to receive such a quality, not to mention the pepper sauce that we received as a side dish, which was even worse than the steak. I have never seen a pepper sauce that had a huge amount of pepper grinded and mixed with starch (???). The butter (mixed with green spices) on top of the meat was frozen! It had no chance to melt. Just superlatives for this place! From interior to the food they serve. Meat is literally like butter!!! Tenderloins to be precise. Combined with green pepper sauce, it was divine. I just only wish there is truffle sauce. Maybe a suggestion 😊

Next time we wanted to try burgers! And ofc we weren’t disappointed. Jalapeño cheese, man, it was the burger of my dreams!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 And sweet potato fries, perfect choice!
