Italiano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kopavogur

I visited here during my holiday. I don’t recommend any other English speaking visitors of Iceland go here. They prioritise the Icelandic customers and forgot about all others. We waited nearly 50 minutes for two pizzas to be brought to us whilst many others who arrived after we ordered had finished eating. The staff are abrupt and unhelpful. Also, they prioritise large orders over small ones as I saw at least 12 to 15 pizzas walk out the door with a man carrying them somewhere in his arms. The pizza was plain, and had too much oil. It did not taste as pizza should. Save your money and your precious time....

If you’re craving pizza, whether for takeaway or dining in, this place is an absolute hidden gem! The pizza is incredibly delicious—so much so that I’ve already come back more than 20 times.

I can’t believe I didn’t discover this spot earlier—I regret all those times I was ordering from other places instead! The quality, flavor, and overall experience here are on a completely different level.
