They ruined my wife's birthday. I had booked a restaurant and invited friends. I ordered the birthday cake three days in advance, only to be surprised on the day of receipt that they had not made it. By what right did they deprive us of the celebration? I don't know. Unfortunately, I regret to tell them that they do not respect the feelings...
