Te & Kaffi — Restaurant in Kopavogur

I recently visited this coffee shop and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service was extremely poor, with staff appearing uninterested and unmotivated. Despite the café not being particularly busy, the wait time was unusually long, and the employees seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers.

When my coffee finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. The flavor was off, and it was clear that little effort had been put into making it. To make matters worse, the cup was partially spilled when it was brought to my table, and the staff didn’t even apologize or offer to replace it.

This experience left me very disappointed. A café should be a place of comfort and enjoyment, but the lackluster service and poor attention to detail here made it anything but. Horrible service, I have been visiting this place for a long period of time and never experienced service as today, staff if just not up to any standards at all. As a tourist, I asked for a kaffi and repeated twice, since the cashier didn’t understand I asked for an americano which is more expensive. There was no one on the line waiting but I had to wait for a small americano around 5 minutes. In the end, they gave me an americano with 30% filled of a small cup, not even half. I was surprised then they ask if I want more water then they put more water, now it’s filled 70% of the small cup 😂 not finished, I thanked her and she said “very kind” 🤣 GO LEARN...
