Metro — Restaurant in Kopavogur

Don't know where to start...guess I start with the positive, nice play area for kids and the staff was nice. The food....well this is the first time I have had a hamburger that had absolutely no taste in the meat, and then I mean no taste at all in the general direction of meat. The bacon on the burger was extremely well done but did at least taste like bacon. The fries were OK once they had some salt on them. I ordered the New York steakburger. Next time I will just buy the kids meal so the kids can play in the play area, they did not complain about the food but left like 80% of it behind, the cheap toy seemed to have the most attraction of the whole meal. This is the kind of place you try once and then only go there again when the kids get to choose...

We went for the first time. It was more of a curiosity. Bad choice. First bad thing: we had to wait more then 30 minutes for one new york burger and 2 cheese burgers. In "à la carte" restaurant you wait less. Second: the french fries were horrible. The most horrible french fries i ever eat in Iceland. The New York Burger wasn't good. The meet very dry and the general taste it was very sweet. Actually if i think about it, if it wasnt for fresh vegetables it wouldn't had any taste. The cheeseburgers horribles. The workers have no idea what they are doing. Waiting 20 minutes for a metro burger and fries is crazy. They need to figure out their bottleneck and fix their service. Its not even that busy!
