Overpriced and not worth the hype. Had to wait an hour to be seated while we watched others that showed up 20-30 mins after us wait for less than 10 mins to be seated. None of them that I spoke to had a reservation. The waitress/waiter (?) acted like they had better things to do than to wait on us. We asked for water 3 times and they never brought us any but brought it to the tables around us. When we said we were ready for the bill we were forgotten about completely. Everyone else's waitress brought out the handheld and took care of them. After about 10 mins I asked the hostess if I could pay up front and was told that we had to ask to have payment taken at the table and we should have walked up to the counter to pay. We walked in in a great mood after a great day exploring Iceland only to deal with a stuck up staff that is incapable of basic serving. The only one that seemed to care about their job was the young woman that was busing tables. She was working harder than every other person on staff (front of house). Save some money and go to the pizza place next door. The food is just as good, if not better, for half the price and the staff are all in a good mood and are respectful.
