Went today with my daughter at brunch . Had for starters eggs Benedict (one egg soft, one boiled very hard , I get it was not boiled together ?!) , was ok let’s say but hollandaise sauce could definetly be much better , my 9y old daughter makes a better one , no offence , so watery and no taste , we also had deep fried prawns (just basic frozen prawns) , anyway , starters was ok let’s say but we orders steak for main course , medium , and we received it rare , so rare that was completely cold in the middle . Staff was very nice , I believe was the manager maybe that I’ve been dealing with , apologised , took the steak into the kitchen .. here when it comes disturbing .. 30 seconds later a laud laugh more employers in the kitchen, maybe about my food , maybe not .. few mins later my steak comes back , correctly done I have to say but it was so so chewy , the worst you can get from a steak .. why ? Because ofcourse they put th same steak back on fire , so ofcourse after being cooked once , got cold , cocked again that was almost burn on the outside (medium inside I agree) but we didn’t enjoy it because except of the middle of the steak that was soft , all around (70%) was baaad .. I get the steak it’s expensive , but was your chef mistake , the steak costed me I believe around 9,000 kr (65€) , I believe me and my daughter have the right to eat a good steak not that chewy dry steak all around due to being re-done . I asked the manager if that’s the same stake that he put on the grill and with a smile on his face said ,,yes” , like that it’s completely normal and his face expression was in total surprise why wouldn’t I like that . I just turn around and left . We love steak , we often dine out but this was a bad steak , I believe would had been really good if the chef didn’t screw it up at first and then re-heat again my steak so...

This time around I got their burger with bacon, Brie and jam on it and it was absolutely delicious, with a good amount of tasty fries! After which, my boyfriend and I split a slice of chocolate cake that was the perfect chocolate treat for after a savory lunch. It was an absolutely amazing dining experience! The family that owns it - as well as the staff members - are just wonderful people who you can tell are passionate about this place! Friendly, inviting, and an all around great...
