Sbarro — Restaurant in Reykjavik

I went 3 times here, it's a Fast food pizza stand, with a lot of different pizzas to choose.

The 3 stars is because the service is not very good, the forks are useless, doesn't cut the pizza for the kids, and the woman who are at the desk works fast and without attention to the customers. The last time I ask for the receipt with Kennitala and she have me a pencil to write my Kennitala... Not very professional and kind to the customers, they have to be able to put the Kennitala on the receipt without writing it...

Waited 5 minutes in the queue for the person in front who was being served. An employee came over and said "We're closing". No hello. We just wanted two meal 1's. She put two slices on the heater, forgot the dough sticks. Had to ask for them, she only put one on, had to ask for the other. At the till, no sauce with the meals. Again, had to ask for it, she just gave 1, and said nothing.

Pizza was very nice. But the staff need to be replaced. This experience was at 18:30pm on 5th November. Terrible...

Favourite and rather cheap pizzeria in Reykjavik. This placed in Kringlan and offer good food. I like dish of the day with low price. But the regular pizza of course is more reach by taste. Water for free. Some of pizza's are spicy. Small...
