BAD COUSTAMER SERVICE...!! I just went to KFC Grafarholt and i am a regular customer too. I went drive through (12.30pm) and i usually get serve from Icelanders, unfortunately today i meet a guy from different country. Before i pay my meal (Two boxmasters) i ask him to give a french fries mixer (Salt) and he said NO. I asked him why? then he said you need to buy french fries for it. I even asked him i can pay for that SALT, then he refused that too (with anger attitude). I strongly suggest Grafarholt KFC management please don't put him with COUSTAMER SERVICE you will definitely lose customers like me. I am a foreigner too. I moved here from Australia, unfortunately i never had this kind of Bad experience from Icelanders before.

I had gone to many KFC in Iceland but never get like this worse services and when I ask why you didn’t bring it to the table they said take it by yourself or leave there was only three tables available on the time the rest of them you can see in the picture 😡

A strong feeling will arises as you just eat a handful of salt and then drink a big bowl of vinegar. Can‘t image why they can make such awful food.

The worst KFC I have ever eaten！We ordered one normal and one buffalo hot wings. The food here are generously too salty. Especially Never TRY Buffalo Hot Wings. A strong feeling will arises as you just eat a handful of salt and then drink a big bowl of vinegar. Can‘t image why they can make such awful food.

Very tasty when they get it right...very!!!

Fries portion sizes are almost never the same between visits. The website is awful in terms of user experience. There is at least one course on the online menu that they stopped making some weeks/months ago......which I did not know when ordering it for the last I-don't-know-many-times... tasted good but just thought they got it wrong again and again and again.....

And please update your drinks menu to include something other than products from Ölgerðin.

Usually i don't rant but I just felt the need due to constantly being disappointed.... But I always come back hoping to get a meal like it's supposed to be served. Because it is...

Someone was cleaning up the kid area, threw a block into the basket, missed and didn't bother to pick it up. I went to get my order after it was called and there was no one there. I expected someone to say "enjoy your meal" or at least make sure that the order would go to right person. The place is as messy as the food. Skittles Krusher tasted like milk with skittles bits in it. Staff doesn't care if they get fired. Overall low quality place. If you really need chicken, there's another one...
