So this time courtyard Marriott came forward with yet another amazingly concepted food festival known as 🔸VEGETARIAN FOOD FESTIVAL🔸 . . To start with they served us with a welcome drink (picture attached) after which for the next 2 hrs there was no looking back because everywhere we saw there was food, food and food only!!! . So here's a detailed review about the best of 7 worlds' at one place😂 . 1️⃣ We started off by having some peppy pav bhaji, sizzling noodles, grilled fruits with vegetables and soya chaap tawa masala by the poolside. 👍 Main takeaways from this side are Pav bhaji and Soya chaap . 2️⃣ Next we went to the chaat counter. It had (haar party ki main dish😅) Golgappe, Bhelpuri, Sevi puri, Dahi papadi, Dahi bhalla 👍 Main takeaways are Golgappas, Sevi puri and Dahi papadi . 3️⃣Then head to having some starters which had Vegetable guiyang, Cheese ball, Vegetable nizami seekh kebab, Dahi anar k kebab, Hariyali paneer tikka with different chutneys like pineapple chutney, mint chutney, garlic chutney 👍Main takeaways are vegetable nizami seekh kebab and Vegetable guiyang with pineapple chutney

4️⃣ Next stop was all the way from Italy! They had 13 types of vegetables and 4 different types of pasta's to make you one scrumptious pasta. So it was basically like choose your choice of veggies, pasta sauce and pasta shape and the chef would cook the same for you. We tried Red sauce pasta, White sauce pasta and Fettuccine Aglio E Olio pasta. 👍 Main takeaways are White sauce pasta and Fettuccine Aglio E Olio pasta . 5️⃣ They have a different section for salads, pickles, soups and bakery stuff. We did try Raw papaya which was different and nice to eat. . 6️⃣ If after having all of that you still have some space in your stomach then main course section is the next thing to head to😅 Ours was kind of full so tried just 3 things. 👍 Main takeaways are Yellow dal; there may be more delicious dishes here but this was the best we could do from this section. . 7️⃣ Finally (uff) last but not the least was the dessert counter. They had Black forest cake, Cupcakes, Red velvet cake, Fresh fruit gateaux, Coconut pastry, Lime pie, Fruit tart, Balushahi to name a few.. 👍Main takeaways are Cherry parfait, Mawa cake, Cupcake, Rasgulla . . So basically its a feast for all the sakahari's in the city. Do go to this food festival because a) The prices are reasonable and b) You get to eat a variety of dishes at one place with 5 star dining experience😍 . . Visited this joint for buffet dinner on pre holi Saturday at 8.15pm. The place was running at its full capacity but since we had pre booked, we were readily accommodated. Half their mains and desserts had already disappeared by then and the staff struggled to supply cutlery to the tables and plates to their food counters. Their remaining food was surprisingly high on salt and seasoning. Their Indian dishes far too greasy and continental too underwhelming. Desserts were the saving grace before most of them had disappeared. I guess their service suffered because of poorly planned buffet layout and/or poor kitchen access. My advice to them would be to keep a check on their buffet dishes and replenish them and perhaps have a better control...
