Madina Hotel — Restaurant in Ajmer

I recently visited Madeena Hotel with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but my experience turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. I ordered their chicken biryani and was met with disappointment on multiple levels.

First and foremost, the quality of the biryani was extremely poor, to say the least. It was evident that the dish lacked proper hygiene standards. The rice appeared stale and had an unpleasant odor. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and tasted as if it had been reheated multiple times. The overall taste was far from the authentic flavors one would expect from a biryani.

To make matters worse, when I approached the staff and politely requested a replacement for the biryani, I was met with complete denial. The lack of customer service and their unwillingness to address a valid concern only added to my frustration. Instead, they offered a substitute of plain rice with some gravy, which was a far cry from the dish I had initially ordered.
