Sky Grill — Restaurant in Ajmer

BEWARE!!! Pathetic services!!! Disaster!!! My family with 8 members visited here for lunch today, here is what my experience says: Service: Slow, inattentive, and completely disorganised who seemed disinterested in helping. It took forever to get our order. Food Quality: Average but the presentation was sloppy. Mocktails were a big pathetic joke. Wasn't even extremely hot sizzling food with steam in this winter. Cleanliness: The tables were sticky, the floor was filthy, and there was an unmistakable odour lingering in the air. Even the utensils and glasses seemed older with stains, cracks and dirt. When asked to change, they said they only have it nothing else. Ambience: The lighting was not ON until we asked, and the decor was missing for an indoor AC sitting area. Uninviting experience! Value for Money: Ridiculously overpriced for what was served. Tiny portions, poor quality, and zero justification for the high costs. Price: Overpriced for the low quality; definitely not worth the money. Portions: Insultingly small servings that left everyone still hungry. Mismanagement: Completely unprofessional. No manager seemed available to address complaints. Unapologetic and unwilling to hear feedback. Overall Experience: A complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Not sure how the ratings are too high, must be false and scammed rating....

Ambiance - good, 2 star for Ambiance and food taste. You have to pay for the parking as well. Never seen such thing in any restaurant or hotel that one has to pay for parking that too on the same property.

Food - Taste was nice, but quantity was very less as per price paid for the dish. Clearly they are over charging and people are paying just because of the view.

Service - very slow, for empty restaurant only 2 tables were occupied, I had cold rotis, had to wait 20 minutes for dal in b/w as portion was less in previously ordered 2 curries.

We had ordered chilli paneer what they served was chilli capsicum with some small pcs of paneer in it. We felt that it was not fresh they have fried it in morning as the coating was had and not easy to cut.

I am a foodie and I have never seen such a small portion not even on a road side joint which serves at way lesser price.

They didn't gave option for water like regular water or bottled water and on asking said due to covid we have stopped regular water and now they charge more i.e. over MRP for bottled water.

Covid essential- no extra precautions were taken, sanitizer was not working as bottle was empty, some waiters were wearing mask some were not!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sky Grill restaurant in Ajmer, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is located on the rooftop of a building, which offers an amazing view of the city. The rooftop atmosphere was lovely, with comfortable seating and a great ambiance that made the dining experience even better.

The food at Sky Grill was simply delicious. The dessert selection was also impressive. The mocktails collection was another highlight of my dining experience. The restaurant serves a variety of refreshing and creative mocktails, which were perfect for the warm evening.

Speaking of the staff, they were simply amazing. From the moment I entered the restaurant, they made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs promptly. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Sky Grill restaurant in Ajmer. The rooftop view, delicious food, refreshing mocktails collection, and great staff all contributed to an unforgettable dining experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a...
