McDonald's GNP Galaxy Ambernath — Restaurant in Ambernath

On 09/10/2023, I placed an order for a meal consisting of a burger, fries, and coke, along with an additional frappe and waited at the table which was with the leftover of previous customer. After repeating couple of times a guy came and cleaned it. However, when I received my order, it was without coke. When I raised this issue with Mr. Ansari at the counter, he explained that the additional frappe was provided in place of the coke. Hows that possible?? I paid for both the coke and the extra frappe, so it's confusing and frustrating to receive a different item than what you expected, especially without proper communication or consent regarding the substitution. Mr. Ansari's explanation seems inaccurate and unreasonable, suggesting a lack of professionalism and customer service.

The way Mr. Ansari communicated with me, using a tapori style and being careless, was unacceptable and disrespectful. It's important for McDonald's to address this kind of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the company and can greatly impact customer satisfaction.

I feel that this situation may be indicative of a scam, given the discrepancy in your order and the unprofessional behavior you encountered. It's crucial for McDonald's to investigate and rectify this issue to ensure that their customers are treated with respect and provided with the service they deserve.

I hope McDonald's takes my feedback seriously and takes appropriate actions against Mr. Ansari to prevent such occurrences in the future, ensuring a better experience for their customers.

Interior is good, but very first thing one notice that AC is not working, Second most important thing - Food I had visited this franchise 2 times, both time counter girl made wrong order receipt, 1st time I ordered - Mcspicy premium burger meal, she made order of something - American burger meal, I came to know about it after I got order that I am having wrong order receipt 2nd - I ordered same Mcspicy premium burger meal, this time counter girl made Mcspicy premium burger meal order but non-vegetarian When ordered came, I had taken one bite than I came to know, had to rush to wash basin because I am pure vegetarian (However both times manager changed my burger to what I needed) but it happened twice

Last & most important: I am regular customer of McDonalds, visit their different many branches/franchises Seriously speaking : making of burgers is not proper compare to other branches Burger tikki is same as original but the way burger is made with cheese, mayo, cabbage etc, its really not proper as like original Mcdonald burgers are Both time I tasted Mcspicy premium burger here, its ingredients & the way its made is not as original burger I absolutely didn't like taste of this branch burgers whereas I am fond of Mcdonald actually, If you like to have original McDonalds burger taste than try other branch, I usually visit Dombivli's McDonalds, Its a must try, You will really love burgers of there This Ambarnath one is not recommended, its not serving actual quality...

Today on 28th Dec, 2022, myself and my wife visited Mc Donald outlet at GNB Galaxy, Ambarnath. We ordered Gourmet Meal for 2 consisting of 1 veg burger, 1 chicken burger, 1 French fries and 2 coke. When the order came, one burger which was supposed to be veg burger was served to my wife, who is a pure vegeterian. The staff who served food to us confirmed that the said burger is vegetarian.

However after having couple of bytes, my wife felt that something is wrong with the burger and she asked me to taste it. To our surprise both the burgers served to us were Chicken Burgers. When this issue was brought to the notice of outlet staff, their approach was very casual aa if its just a small mistake. The manager(so called) said that the person who served us is new hence he was not aware. Very casually he also said that 'No Problem, we will give you veg burger'.

We were shocked by such casual approach of the store staff and when I told them to call their incharge, I was told that he is on leave. They were even not ready to mention the bill/order no on the refund slip which was given to me when I insisted for it.

My wife who is a pure vegetarian is still upset with the whole incident as its about her beliefs, values and sentiments.
