Sushila family restaurant — Restaurant in Ambernath

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, GUYS DONT EVEN ORDER FROM THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!

So I placed an order for chicken clear soup, I went there picked it up and tasted it was so bland, tasteless , sweet and it had only water it. I called the owner and he told me to bring the soup back we will make changes and give it back to you. I told him to give me a new soup tomorrow , then he told how can I make a new soup , you bring the same soup back we will put salt and black pepper in it and give it back to you. Owner doesn’t even know how to run a hotel, such is the attitude of the owner that he refuses to refund the order and tells me to bring back the soup all the way back to the hotel.

UPDATE- SO I WENT TO THE RESTAURANT ONCE AGAIN THEY ACCEPTED AND MADE THEIR COOK TASTE IT, HE REFUSED IT AND SAID ITS LIKE THIS ONLY. SO AFTER THE OWNER STEPPED UP HE SAID ITS OKAY HE ORDERED THE RESTAURANT MAKER TO MAKE A NEW SOUP , THEN AS I WAS WAITING HE CAME BACK AND STARTED THREATENING ME THAT WHY DID YOU POST A REVIEW AND TOLD THE STAFF TO RETURN THE SOUP AND CANCEL THE NEW SOUP . AFTER THAT ANOTHER OWNER CAME TOWARDS ME AND STARTED BLACMAILING ME SAYING DELETE THE REVIEW OR ELSE I WILL NOT GIVE YOU NEW SOUP, THEN I SAID I WILL NOT DELETE BUT UPDATE THE REVIEW. HE SAID OKAY AND THEN WENT AWAY AFTER SOMETIME HE CAME BACK AND AGAIN STARTED BLACKMAILING NE And threatening ME SAYING YOU DONT KNOW US, AFTER I WENT OUTSIDE I DEMANDED MY OLD SOUP BACK HE SAID HE WONT GIVE AND STARTRED SAYING I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY ORDER FROM THE YOU . SO I LOST MY MONEY, MY PRECIOUS TIME AND THIS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM...
