The Pizza House Cafe — Restaurant in Ambernath

I have written a review about them on Zomato. You can read this in the snapshot shared. Unpleasant experience yesterday not only because of wrong order received but also because of ruthless and unprofessional behaviour by the order taker.

Ordered with cheese, paid for the same but received different order (although on bag it is written with cheese). I understand mistakes happen during lockdown situation for business outlet is in panic but if you made mistake you should agree and put your energy to make it correct. Instead of proving your loyal customer wrong.

If you receive wrong order don't forget to click a picture and show it to him... I missed it as I thought it is a human error but with good courtesy i went to inform him the same...

I ordered Paneer BBQ (12) pizza. The delivery was before time. However the taste of the pizza is just pathetic & tasteless. Too much sweet indegredients & ketchup added which has spoiled the taste. It taste like eating raw tasteless pizza forcefully. I would recommend never to order pizza from this restaurant. Don't think it can reach the real taste...
