I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your Ambernath East outlet. Yesterday, when we visited, the staff member named Sakshi displayed very poor customer service. For such a large and reputed franchise, it is shocking that they did not have change for ₹500 and simply told us “it’s finished” without making any effort to arrange it.
This is unacceptable — instead of offering any solution, she left us with no option but to walk away without buying anything. For a brand of this scale, such unprofessional behavior and lack of basic customer assistance is truly disappointing.
