Adi Bengali Hotel — Restaurant in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Absolutely dissatisfied with the food served over here, the place is very unhygienic and not good for tourists and family. Bengali dishes were not made appropriately and very much dislike to the tastebuds. The only thing is that the food quantity is more and price is pocket friendly, but the quality of the dishes are not favourable. An absolute trash this place is. All the items are over priced and tastes below average. The staffs are lethargic and non professional. The standard of hospitality the customer receives requires immediate enhancement. Hygiene is a factor of major concern here. They are just doing business with the name of "Bengali" but you can't find the warm Bengali style hospitality here.

A pretty good option if you wish to have some Bengali food in Port Blair. I had their Chicken Biryani which is really delicious, it is mild and yet aromatic. However, it lacks the potato. If that's taken care of, it would be even better! We also had a Mutton Biryani and Fish (Bhetki) Curry Masala. The fish was well-cooked and sufficient in quantity.
