Lunch: Initial Issue: The restaurant was crowded, and initially, they informed you that meals were not available, suggesting a buffet instead, which was ₹260. However, our preference was for a traditional Indian meal with rice and dal, not the buffet options. Resolution: After we were about to leave, they quickly arranged the meals, which made you feel like they prioritized profit over customer needs. Meals cost ₹160, while the buffet was ₹260, suggesting a money-minded approach by management. Management Issues: The restaurant seemed to focus more on profit, as they closed the Tiffin section early to push customers towards higher-billing items like fried rice, naan, and roti. When questioned, the manager admitted they aimed to earn more rather than focus on customer satisfaction.
