Food - I have ordered wings, 2 crispy chicken. Service - worst ever. Atmosphere - bulky and conjusted.

Firstly i have ordered 4 crispy wings and 2 crispy chicken, some how she manipulated me and told take 6 pics wings you will get peri peri friench frys. I took and I asked for glass bottle coke, she told you need to order briyani inorder to get coke. So I thought of ordering it later, so for now I took a regular coke and ate everything. I went to her and now I have ordered briyani and asked her, can I get glass bottle coke, she told you have to order wings then will give you the glass bottle coke, I told her we ordered first wings only right. She told sir, you need to order (wings+ briyani)together then only will give the glass bottle coke, So I have not given the order due to this master mind behaviour of resturant. Finally There is one left over fried chicken in my plate and asked her to parcel this piece, this is because i dont want to stay there, so I have asked her to parcel, she came with 1 cover and told me you need to parcel yourself, this is where I lost my temper and finally I left that chicken piece there itself saying why would I parcel, its resturant dity to parcel. This is the worst behaviour i have ever ever seen till now in my life. Worst behaviour at resturant. Last time when i visited, coke was not serving in glass, 20 rupees pet bottle they were giving. May be some how they want to loot money by serving coke so they changed whole game, now they are serving with glass and asking for regular, large. Worst behaviour, worst management. We went to this cafe after reading amazing reviews on Google. I felt it was a little overrated. We ordered a caramel cappuccino, something called a veg super sandwich and a blackcurrant milk shake. The so called veg super sandwich just had a tomato, cabbage and Mayo. Nothing special or super about it, though it tasted decent. The caramel cappuccino was just a plain cappuccino. I couldn't taste any caramel in it. The blackcurrant milkshake was something nice according to my husband. The ambience is okay, looked neatly maintained. It is very much on the main road so easily locateble. It is a self order and table service kind of a place. Fried chicken biriyani is undoubtedly the best in Tirupati. The flavours and the quantity they give is no match to any other, but it's the best if you choose dine in or you take away. Please don't order in Swiggy and Zomato. I repeat never order in Swiggy and Zomato these people are looting using delivery apps they normally charge 250₹ for one regular size biriyani which is decent enough, but dispute of offers in Swiggy you will end up paying 450₹ only for 1 biriyani, so keep that in mind and walk in if you want to save few...
