When I first visited in July 2024, I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff was extremely courteous. It left such a positive impression that we eagerly looked forward to visiting again in April 2025.

However, our recent experience was a stark contrast to our first visit. The food quality had noticeably declined, lacking the taste and freshness we had come to expect. The service was disappointing — slow, inattentive, and lacking the warmth we once appreciated.

Communication was another major issue. The person taking orders spoke only in Tamil, making it difficult for many non-local tourists to communicate their preferences. While a menu is available, a simple conversation can make a huge difference in helping tourists choose food that suits their taste.

Even the sweets, which were a highlight during our first visit, failed to impress this time. Despite an increase in prices — presumably due to inflation — both the quality and the service have gone downhill.

Another concern is the restaurant’s shift to separate AC and non-AC dining areas. Given Tirupati’s extremely hot weather, it’s unreasonable to expect tourists to dine comfortably without air conditioning. This change, too, indicates a lack of consideration for customer comfort.

Overall, it seems the restaurant is no longer committed to maintaining the quality and service it once proudly offered. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards restoring the standard that made PS4 a memorable dining experience...
