Pizza Hut | BypassRoad, Tirumala — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I went for lunch on 31st March around 1 PM, hoping for a peaceful meal—but the experience left me feeling deeply disrespected and disappointed. There was no one at the counter to greet or guide us, so we found a table ourselves. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working. We moved to another table, same issue. Eventually, we had no choice but to sit near the window, directly under the harsh sunlight—just because it was the only place where the AC was functioning.

We placed the order using the QR code on the table. After waiting for a while with no updates, I walked up to the counter to politely inquire about our order status. What followed was deeply upsetting. The staff member couldn’t understand English, and when I tried speaking in Hindi, I was met with an absolutely cold, disdainful glare that made me feel small and unwelcome. It was humiliating. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I quietly walked back, hurt and still without any clarity.

Very worst experience I faced. First of all they said delivery time will be 20 mins and I accepted for it.

I tried to order garlic bread and they said it is not in stock.

Tried ordering medium size pizza. The fun part is the do don’t have medium size pizza base it self. The person who is taking order is convincing me to take small pizzas and telling me that I will get more slices when compared to medium pizza. (Pizza will be measured based on diameter)

The store manager who should be on duty is not at store. (My opinion: If store manager only not available then how come store will go well)

Tables are not clean well. Cutlery is missing on the tables.

At finally I left Pizza Hut without ordering anything.

I personally recommend Pizza Hut to audit their franchisees on regular basis to check...

I have ordered creamy breadsticks and exotic veggie garlic bread but this store guy’s sent classic garlic bread and plain cheese bread I have paid 380rs for cold food and wrong item and item sent with out carry bag they charge for that delivery person kept the package on his bike pouch, this is purely employee cross negligence when I visit store we ordered sanfransisco style thin crust they served regular base and the counter guy try to argue with me there is no use of compliant to swiggy STV nagar store is far batter their service is so good...
