Relish Kafe was on my mind for quite sometime. So decided to go for a light snack and spend some time in the Cafe. The last time I had been to this place was around 3 years back, when it had been newly started. The ambience was ok, the slightly dark lighting was not great, the cafe was clean but maintenance did not seem to be at its best. Possibly due to the construction of Garuda Varadhi and blocked road outside, the visitors were less. I ordered a Pepper Chicken roll and some soft drink, the prices of items seemed a bit too high, especially the mocktails and Milkshakes. The size was good and it felt fresh. The filling inside was also pretty satisfying and good. Just a small note of caution, the roll was spicy and hot due to the peppers and chillies. I hoped that they would add some Mayo, fries or some salad along with the roll to cool things down. I had to order fries to soften the spice and heat. The fries were great, crisp and fried to perfection. Kudos to Relish Kafe for that. I would recommend to give it a try. Good to visit as group to first try various items on menu.
