Aroma Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Madhurawada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I have been here three to four times and was never disappointed. The first time we ordered Veg chopsuey and chicken lollipop with lemon mint juice for mocktails. The noodles were light and thin and the lollipop chicken was crispy outside and juicy within. Since the first impression was good we visited this place a couple of times to grab lunch or dinner. It's a cosy place. Food is tasty but spicy. Incase, we ask them to make it less spicy they accommodate our food requests. There is a see-through glass connecting the dining area and kitchen. We can watch our food cooked and be rest assured. Mocktails are very good. We can add our own suggestions to them and they improvise. We generally prefer less soda in our mocktails and they adhere to our requirements. The staff are very cordial and suggest dishes according to our palette. On our recent visit, we ordered butter chicken, garlic naan, butter naan, vanilla blue and strawberry mango. The mocktails were perfect. The naans were soft and tasty. The butter chicken was good but needs more chicken chunks and cream in it. The Chinese dishes are good. The restaurant is neat and clean. They have an open parking space for vehicles. It would be tough for wheelchair accessibility since there is no ramp. Though they have limited ice cream options, the ice cream and milkshakes are yummy. The prices are reasonable too. Great location, Lots of parking space though access may not be easy for cars with low ground clearance, Tasty food, Great service, Clean restrooms.

After dealing with crazy traffic and unscientific traffic management systems on the NH16 passing through Visakhapatnam, the Aroma resturant provided much needed relief. It is on the first floor of a shopping complex, you have to press the 2nd floor button on the lift to access it. People visiting in cars with low ground clearance should be careful about the access roads into the parking, they are really steep off the side-road and should be taken at an angle to avoid scraping.

The ambiance is nice, though the A/C may not be very effective in cooling down the tables near the large windows on hot days - these tables can seat 4/5 people at a time.

The food is great - served quickly, good quantity and tasted fresh. We ordered curd rice, chicken biryani and crispy...

We, family of 3 members (2 adults+ 1 child(7years old)) visited Aroma restaurant on 14/01/2023.

We order Paneer butter masala, 3 Naans, 1 Veg Pulao and kinley water bottle which they charged us. Rs. 619. The price is too much.

The food is not even worth Rs. 200 I must say, paneer cubes less than 12 in number. Each Naan Rs. 50 how come? So less quantity. Quality is average.

In the disguise of good ambience the restaurant is charging very heavily, unjustifiable amount from the pockets of the customer.

Moreover my food was also adulterated with a piece of cover too. Which I notified. No apology on that too.

I would say that this is not a good restaurant for filling your bellies.
