KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location, with a noticeable lack of hospitality and care from the staff. On my previous visit, my order was missing the cheese slice I had paid extra for, so I raised a complaint on KFC's online portal. A representative named Rupa called me to assure that, during my next visit, they would ensure the cheese slice was included. However, when I visited again today (October 29, 2024) and mentioned Rupa’s name, the staff member Giri dismissed it, saying she was off duty. Instead of honoring the promise, Giri seemed indifferent and didn’t even offer a replacement. To make matters worse, the cheese slice was missing again in my Veg Zinger Cheese Burger, which felt intentional after I brought up the issue. Additionally, he failed to return ₹3 change from today’s order, further highlighting the lack of attentiveness. Me and my wife visited KFC Madhurwada for lunch on an extremely hot day 🌞, and to our shock, the AC was turned off! The poor staff were running around, visibly struggling in the heat 🥵 — all because the owner gave strict instructions not to switch on the AC.

One brave customer finally had enough and shouted in support of the staff, demanding they turn on the AC — good on him 👏. It was around 36°C outside, and honestly, it felt like we were getting a free sunbath inside the restaurant ☀️🙄.

This is not just bad service — it's inhuman to make your team work in such conditions. I’m giving 1 star ⭐ for the sheer neglect.

💔 Please avoid dining in or even takeaway from this place unless you’re planning to sweat out your meal. Hope someone from KFC seriously looks into this. Your staff deserve better.

If there was ever an award for the worst KFC ever, it would go to this store. Who would've thought that even KFC recipes which arrive prepped along with the required seasonings could be ruined to the extent where it is inedible. Not once not twice not thrice but it happened many times which proves that this store has no interest in customer satisfaction. You order on their website they deliver in 2 hours , if you order on Zomato or swiggy they deliver horrible food. One way or the other they ruin your meal. And they don't give a damn about your feedback. Pathetic food, pathetic service, pathetic delivery, pathetic maintenance. I've never felt so disgusted about a food joint before let alone KFC....
