Having good ambience would not help in satisfying your customers... its a part of satisfaction, customers would get happy if they get proper tasty food served hot and proper timely service.

For just small order of 3 kulcha and 1 curry you took 40 mins to serve and no proper management and service.

No water glasses provided and when asked repeatedly was provided with plastic disposal glass...wow in such a big restaurent we get plastic disposal glasses.. understand its covid time but we have steam machines for cleaning utencils.

Nice cozy place to have decent breakfast. Hospitable staff with limited options for breakfast. Whatever items available, they are delicious. Cost effective buffet breakfast, value for money.
