CASTLE “MANDI” ARABIC RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I usually avoid writing restaurant reviews, but after visiting this so-called "mandi" with my uncle today, I felt compelled to share. To begin with, this place doesn’t resemble a mandi at all—it felt more like a breeding ground for rats, mosquitoes, and insects. The foul smell hits you the moment you enter, making the entire experience unpleasant from the start.

The staff behavior was equally disturbing. They were loudly shouting and playing games, despite having no customers to attend to. Their noise was extremely annoying and showed a complete lack of professionalism.

I ordered the Chicken Fry Piece Mandi, and I’ve visited many mandis across Guntur, Vijayawada, and Hyderabad—but I’ve never been served a bowl of bones passed off as chicken fry. I even asked the server twice to confirm, and still couldn’t believe what was served. The food was tasteless, and while you try to eat, mosquitoes are busy feasting on you.

My strong suggestion to the management: please train your staff on how to treat customers respectfully. Improve the hygiene, food quality, and overall atmosphere. Right now, it feels like the staff are more focused on shouting than serving.

From my perspective, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m sorry if this review feels harsh, but it’s an honest reflection of...

I've given 3 stars purely based on the decent ambience , polite and responsive staff. However I ordered a full chicken BBQ mandi ( 699/- ) got it within 10minutes, they've given a small dip of mayonnaise as complementary. I was utterly disappointed with the mandi rice and the barbeque pieces were not so juicy too. There is a very small amount of dryfruits and fried onions the rice was so dull, tasteless and the pieces were not beyond good. There were quarter half trio and full divisions in the quantity of mandi. Quarter mandi is specifically for some kinds of mandi only such as wings mandi. The full BBQ mandi I ordered was just satisfactory to three of us and we ordered a quarter of wings mandi ( price is 239 ). There were 3 wings in that and those pieces were not so good too. Overall experience was bad. Long way to improve taste. Nice ambience and polite staff though. They can give people better experience if they serve...

I will definitely rate bcz I experienced Such a bad behavior with the service staff...the management have to mind onething if u mind and if u free pls send some of your colleagues and relatives and see the experienced they have...I visited lot of restaurants but I faced the worst service here only...coming to the food I ordered wings mandi half ...the fried wings are good but the rice is not free it is like balls balls and it is not at all heat I think it is definitely afternoon cooked...and rather I ordered mutton juicy mandi they bought same rice which is not hot and the mutton juicy is coming rotten egg smell and the piece is bot boiled... I made the bill of 1100 for both which is not at all worth able...pls change the staff or else pls make them learn how to behave with customer...if u not made this even though the taste is good but the business will be...
