NAWAABS THE ARABIAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Issue 1: Unacceptable Packaging and Spillage I was utterly shocked that they packaged a hot soup in a thin plastic cover (like a carry bag), instead of a proper leak-proof container. Predictably, the entire soup spilled/leaked out during transit. This is incredibly irresponsible and unhygienic for a hot liquid item. My money and my meal were completely wasted. Issue 2: Extremely Rude and Abusive Staff/Management When I called the restaurant to report the poor packaging and spillage, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the person on the phone was aggressively rude, disrespectful, and basically shouted at me. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. The customer service is utterly atrocious. Conclusion: This restaurant shows zero standards for food packaging and zero respect for customers. Ambience was good, loved the art at the entrance of the restaurant and in the dining area. Dining area was comfortable with sofa type base and back support, loved the CHICKEN FAHAM MANDI. Staff are friendly, along with the manager. Didn't like the washrooms or the hand wash sinks not maintained properly (when i used them). Plenty of parking space for cars/bikes you can park beside the building or in the center of road. It was good experience A/C could be increased all we had was a small wall fan didn't get that much cooling like in barkaas/gismat. Worth checking out the place. Food was average, service and ambience were not good enough (bad), hygiene is not maintained at tables and at wash area, air conditioning was not working properly, it was very dark and very hard to see the food we were eating.
