Chandrika Biryani family Point — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I had a very bad experience with the people serving the food there. There's a lady came for serving and without even asking about the quantity she is serving, she just have served the entire biryani into 2 plates. We were 2 girls and not able to complete. We wondered in the beginning about how she had served that quantity for us and we kept quite hoping they will pack the food if we cannot have. We had left almost 3/4th of the biryani as we cannot have and asked her to pack the food. Then she have spoke to us in a very rude way which is not correct. She might simply say we cannot pack the left over you can talk to owners. But she started a very very bad argument. Respecting the customers is very important more that the taste of the food or anything else. There's no negative stars in the review section Else I would have given negative 5...

We went here looking for a take away today. We had heard good things about this place. The establishment at first look seems like a nice place, well lit, crowded, neat and clean. We ordered two keema biryani and two chicken biryani straight away.

We were handed our parcels and off we went homewards.

Unpacking the biryani at home we were in utter shock. The keema biryani was just fried rice mixed with mutton pieces and to my surprise they had bone in keema biryani. The dum chicken biryani was good, but the chicken piece was not at all worthy of being served in a biryani. Just a tiny, bone piece devoid of much of flesh.

That destroyed whatever enthusiasm we had.

Well the place was actually in two different blocks at the same place. The block which was smaller was more good looking as the light was not so heavy and it was a bit dark. It's a lot calmer when compared to the other block. The staff was not so responsive as far as I observed because I went to the restaurant about 10 times I found people just acting bossy every single time.Coming to the food the Thaali served here was good and biryani was fine but the starters we're not so great because everything was just fried, every different food doesn't have a unique taste that's what I have observed throughout out my experience. There is no seasonal or student discount available and billing I guess was reasonable. Enjoy...
