Ambience is good

COst is high for a developing municipality area.

Cheating the customers in billing w.r.t small items (I have posted my bill and with highlighted cheating bill area).

I personally asked the person why billed it high with other item than the original item and its cost. He said here pricing is like that only. What a loot!!!? U would think it was just few rupees. Let's think it in a broad spectrum how many people per day and per month were priced like that in similar fashion like me.

See I never complained about the same order which I have eaten it just two days before which was of nice quality: but today same dish is of worsen quality. Never asked about it nor asked him for another order. But billing a customer for one small other item than the original order and its price shouldn't be tolerated....

Guys next time when u order 20/- cool drinks in the sitting area or any small items which have relative items and pricings check for them before paying bill and after leaving the bakery.. Moreover there are only two guys for serving and those two are arrogant ** and think like we are poor for that restaurant/bakery. What an unpleasant experience within no time after its opening just few years back..

Really felt bad for their service and looting the small stuff with high prices...

I marked the bill and check the other pic. There u can clearly see the pricing of 20rs bottle. And they marked it as thumbs up 300ml for 25rs.

If there's a possibility of giving zero stars I would. The establishment which has been here from God knows how many years has no manners or professional behaviour whatsoever.

I ordered two veg sandwiches (I'm pure vegetarian) for takeout and waited for twenty minutes before they gave me half the order. When I asked them they went back in and brought me the takeout. As soon as I went home and opened it and found two Chicken Sandwiches. Went back and I asked them for refund. Two of the managers sneaked in and avoided the confrontation while the other looked at me and said not his fault. Kept blaming the kitchen as if the kitchen was a different place from them. Very unprofessional behaviour. They didn't have a complaint book also.

Very disappointed with the restaurant. Will never visit again and I suggest you do so as well or else you might get cow instead of chicken or some...
