Spice Magic — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We went around 12.30PM on 22-08-2025. A little bit busy already, ordered schezwan chicken (Starter) chicken fry biryani, butter scotch ice cream.

Coming to the restaurant : Ambience were ok and seating arrangements are good. Staff service was not on top it's just medium, need to improve a bit like greeting guest, smile on their(Staff) face e.t.c

Food : Schezwan Chicken (Starter) was excellent. Fry biryani was good, rice was perfect and fry pieces are cooked well. Whereas Butter scotch ice cream remains disappointment for me its below average they added cake crumbs instead of butter scotch crunches,i don't know whether it's their style.

We were two people and the bill was 840/- (Attached in pictures)

Suggestions - Need to improve their service staff as I already said. My personal suggestion is it's better to place a hand dryer or napkins in restroom, after washing the hands there is no hand dryer or napkins to wipe, the water from hands keeps dropping on floor from bathroom to allover the...

First thing i really hated the service. Even we got our food to our table they kept us waiting. Even to order something extra or to ask them to bring something there is no one to take care. Coming to food. We had chicken drumstick, chilly paneer, kaju fried rice and kadai paneer. Starters are just ok and i didn't like the fried rice at all. Kadai paneer is good though.

After my first two experiences i have recently visited this place again to see if it got any better. And now i feel its much worse. We have ordered chicken lollipops, chicken drumsticks, chicken dum biryani and mutton biryani. We were not able to taste any flavor we only felt spicy and we even complained about our food still no response. And the service is worst as always. Overall so disappointed. Mutton soup it doesn't taste good not at all why because I know I tasted from where others places in towns it was good but here it doesn't good...
