Suprabath Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

One of the baddest experience I ever had in recent times. I went there couple of years back and it was really good at that time. So I had my expectations and went there.

First, we are 4 people. When we entered into the restaurant, they asked us to sit in a room(even though the front area is free) which is next to kitchen. The room ambience is really bad. You won't feel like you are sitting in a nice restaurant. You can hear resound when people are talking. It's really irritating.

Second, even the Bowls, spoons are in bad shape. I don't want to talk about table cloth. It's really dirty.

Third, the food is not at all good. We ordered Bhimavaram chicken, chicken munchurian and special chicken biryani. Bhimavaram chicken, when I saw this name, I was expecting some spicy chicken in local cooking style. But, it is is overly covered with corn flour and you can't feel the taste of the chicken. Chicken manchurian was really bad. It's completely dry and bit tough to chew. Special chicken biryani was not at all like biryani. It does not have any qualities of biryani. It's just some coloured masala rice with chicken curry. That's it.

The only item that we liked is seafood soup which is really good.

Bye bye suprabhat. Will never visit this...

I used to live in bhimavaram 10 years ago, back then Abhiruchi is obvious choise for best biryani(mixed). Lot of changes since then in this town. After speaking to local people thought to try this restaurant and ordered Bhimavaram chicken and Lemon chicken starters and Chicken Dil Kush biryani.

Starters are avg wrt taste and texture. Biryani rice is blant and no taste. If you are kind of person expect good spicy and godavari biryani taste then this would disappoint you. You will get tandoori chicken gravy and bone less chicken gravy for biryani. Looks like boneless chicken cooked in rush, chicken pieces didn't absorbed the flavours of gravy. Price of each dish is too much, definitely...
