Poor dining and worst experience

Dear Management, I think the store staff especially lady associate behaviour was very provoking and odd behaviour with the customer. She can’t even try to please the customers and instead was very rude, dismissive, or unable to handle basic requests. After the long debate about the service, the staff was try to take advantage out of the situation and threatening the customers by playing women card and trying to prove our mistake even though our mistake was not happened. When we questioned the service of food, the lady associate was literally instigating other employees to refund the amount that was paid by us and asking us to get out of the store. I never experienced this kind of situation in any Dominos store till date except this store and such a bad behaviour by the associate.

The prices were not matched between the menu book and the store display (Telvision)and the staff was not having basic idea about the variation in prices between menu book and Display

I think the management needs to look into this and give proper Customer training program...

I had a very bad experience at this Domino’s outlet. The place was not clean at all. The interior looked poorly maintained, and the staff didn’t bother to clean the tables unless we asked them to. It felt unhygienic and unwelcoming. The service was also not great — when we ordered pizza, they didn’t even ask what crust we wanted and just gave us the default one without any choice.

The pizza itself tasted bad and seemed poorly made. It didn’t have the usual Domino’s quality. The outlet is located on the first floor of an apartment building, which makes parking a big problem. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, service, food taste, and convenience. I don’t recommend visiting...

Dear Team,They are cheaters! Without delivering the food, they marked it as delivered in the app. After booking and paying, the delivery boys asked for extra money. When I refused, they refused to deliver the order. The delivery boys looked very rough and rowdy — I didn’t feel safe after seeing them.

I suggest avoiding Domino’s, especially the Bhavanipuram branch. The call manager, did not respond properly even after we visited the counter and raised our complaint. We were very disappointed with the overall experience and have decided to boycott Domino’s and its services in our apartment going forward.
