Exotica Bakery and Restaurant ( Best Bakery and Customized Cakes ) — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

This place is an absolute waste! Where do I start? Firstly, the indoor space which is quite big has only 2 ACs which is def not enough for such a big space, it was hot! The service is terrible, the waiter didn't come to take the order for atleast 15mins and kept making faces while we ordered! I ordered for a white sauce pasta and it was served in a flat plate, it's basically to make the quantity look more whereas it wasn't! The chicken pasta tasted horrible and it literally only had 3 pieces of chicken (the level of kanjoosi)! I had asked for an empty glass to pour water to drink, they surprisingly couldn't provide "an empty glass"! Their excuse was that they didn't have any! How on earth do you serve your drinks? Pour in into people's hands or directly into their mouth? Or is that too served on a flat plate? Absolutely disappointing! If you aren't interested in hospitality and good food please don't open a cafe or a restaurant! People who've give good rating to this place either are the restaurant owners friends and are doing them a favour, or haven't experienced much in good food and good...

Food is good. But waiter attitude is very very bad. While placing order, we asked about French fries whether they are frozen or fresh. He we give told frozen only if you want fresh, make in your home. He told order will take 30 minutes and after one hour when we asked about the order he argued about it’s only 45 mins. When we asked if the fries are just frozen things, how much time it will take, then he answered like “oil needs to be boiled in a worst attitude”. Having such waiters will be no good for the restaurant’s future. It’s not only us, other table people also got frustrated about the delay. There’s no use of serving good food with bad attitude.

The restaurant/bakery has a great environment but the food (those that I've tired which are its main varieties) were horrible. Burgers, wraps, sandwiches are subpar. Tried the pastries - they are good. Never tried the chat but even road side stalls have good chat no need to fork out so much money for just that. Only reason to come here is for the garden layout and great ambience. It's great for kids/families. Though in my opinion you could just go to the park or some other place if you just want an outing/leisure time and bring your own food or get takeaway from many other great food spots but to go to a place that has subpar food just for the environment makes no...
